Adolescent males between the ages of 13 and 17 who have committed sexual offenses are offered a comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation program within a structured therapeutic environment. Lengths of stay for those who successfully complete the program range from 18 to 24 months.

In addition to sexual offender-specific treatment, individuals admitted to this program also receive treatment for any coexisting behavioral or emotional disorders and substance abuse or dependence.
