Ikigai: Discovering Your Life's Purpose

Note: All events have concluded. If you have any questions, get in contact.

Learn about the Japanese philosophy of ikigia, which means your ‘reason for being.’ ‘Iki’ in Japanese means ‘life,’ and ‘gai’ describes value or worth. Your ikigai is your life's purpose. Hosted by Dr. Julie Brefczynski-Lewis, an assistant professor in the Department of Neuroscience and mindfulness guru, the session will review key ikigai concepts and walk participants through the development of an ikigia diagram.
