BeWell and the Carruth Center will host a Wake Up and Walk weekly series this summer for students to enhance their mental well-being, practice self-care and build social connections.

The Carruth Center and Adventure WV will host outdoor socials every Friday from May 17 to August 2 (except July 5) at Morgantown Adventure Outfitters. Each week, participants will decide if the group is biking, kayaking or walking.

Mindfulness Summer Series begins May 16
WVU students, faculty and staff are invited to attend a four-part mindfulness series starting May 16 and continuing monthly through August. Participants can expect to learn the positive effects of meditation on the mind and body.

Microscope Core welcomes full-time employee

Physiology, Pharmacology & Toxicology Creates Award for Outstanding Achievements in Medical Physiology by a Second Year Medical Student.
Funded by the Robert L. Robinson Pharmacology Endowment, these funds were designated by Dr. Robinson to be used at the discretion of the Chair of the WVU Department of Physiology, Pharmacology and Toxicology for purposes most beneficial to the Department. A graduate of Kansas University, Dr. Robinson received his Doctorate Degree in Pharmacology. He was one of the original faculty members of the School of Pharmacology at WVU. His career there spanned 29 years from 1959 until his retirement in 1988.
