Application process for employee, dependent tuition reimbursement programs begins Aug. 6

Earlier this year, WVU Medicine announced new Employee and Dependent Tuition Reimbursement Programs that would begin Aug. 1.

The new Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program provides tuition reimbursement to those employees, with at least one year of service, who take classes at an accredited college or university. The program provides an enhanced benefit for those employees, with at least five years of service, who attend West Virginia University at the Morgantown, Beckley, or Keyser campuses and WVU online.

The Dependent Tuition Reimbursement Program provides reimbursement for those employees with at least five years of service, whose eligible dependents attend any accredited college or university other than the WVU campuses listed above.

To view eligibility requirements for each program, frequently asked questions, and other benefit information, visit hr.wvumedicine.org and click on the new Tuition Program page.

The application period for both the Employee and Dependent Tuition Reimbursement Programs will begin Monday, Aug. 6, and end on Friday, Sept. 7.
