Apply now for Dependent Tuition Assistance Program for spring 2019 semester

The WVU Medicine Dependent Tuition Assistance Program for the spring 2019 semester is now open for employee enrollment. The application period runs from Wednesday, Oct. 17, through Tuesday, Oct. 30. 

This application is for those dependents who will attend West Virginia University (WVU) at the Morgantown, Beckley, or Keyser campuses and WVU online.

Employees with eligible dependent children should login to UltiPro and complete a Tuition Life Event by Tuesday, Oct. 30.

Important: Employees who complete an application will be advised of the status of their application through their WVU Medicine email.

Employees must have at least five years of service based on their "Benefits Seniority Date" and no disciplinary process at a Level 2 or above in the previous 12 months to quality. Employee eligibility will be based on employment status and years of service as of January 15, 2019.

Please note: Employees are required to apply each semester when requesting tuition assistance.

If you have not already provided documentation for the current academic year or did not participate in the Fall 2018 semester, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a birth certificate or federal tax return to certify your dependent(s)
  • Other required documents:

All documents are required to be uploaded no later than the last day of the application period, which is Tuesday, Oct. 30.

Employees covered under a separate collective bargaining agreement are not eligible for this program.
