Expanded food options available at The Market at Health Sciences during renovations

Food options at the Health Sciences Center will expand as renovations continue. A buffet will be offered beginning the week of Oct. 8 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in The Market and will available to all, including students with meal plans. The menu is available and will be updated daily.

Nov. 15 is the estimated opening date of the Mindful Café and Burger Shop, pending any construction issues or delays. 

Food trucks will still be available weekdays from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the ground floor sidewalk of HSC South, between Health Sciences and J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital until the renovations are complete.
