Deadline to receive flu shot is today

All staff, providers, residents, and volunteers across the organization are, once again, required to receive the flu vaccine, unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption, by Wednesday, Dec. 4. View the policy.

Employees should complete the ReadySet flu survey prior to receiving their flu shot.
