Providers, students invited to participate in White Coats for Black Lives event on Monday

WVU Medicine providers and students are invited to participate in White Coats for Black Lives, a national initiative aimed at eliminating racial bias in the practice of medicine and recognizing racism as a threat to the health and well being of people of color.

Providers and students will gather at noon on Monday, June 8, in the grass in front of Milan Puskar Stadium (across from J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital). The group will kneel for 10 minutes. Participants are reminded to wear face masks and practice social distancing.
