Nourish West Virginia hosts Communities of Practice to connect stakeholders, organizations, communities and individuals, to facilitate knowledge exchange, and build solidarity and communication across the Collaborative. Through cross sectoral projects, community-based action research, quarterly calls, online discussion groups, Collaborative members can build relationships while strengthening their knowledge around specific topics.
A community of practice (CoP) is a group of people who share a concern or passion for something they do or learn how to do it better as they interact regularly. They are groups of people informally bound together by shared expertise and passion for a joint enterprise. All of our programs and projects are facilitated by CoP working groups
