Bruce Freeman, MD, PhD, Chief of Plastic Surgery
Bruce Freeman, chief of plastic surgery at West Virginia University, has dedicated more than two decades of his professional life to helping people achieve their best possible body image through plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Freeman is a recognized expert in body-contouring surgery as well as cosmetic surgery of the head, neck, eyes, breasts, abdomen, and legs. He earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University and completed advanced specialty training in general and plastic surgery at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. He is board certified in plastic surgery.

J. Richard Casuccio, MD
J. Richard Casuccio has more than 20 years of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical experience and is an expert in facial plastic surgery, especially facelifts and eye lifts. He also performs body-contouring surgery, including liposuction, and cosmetic surgery of the head, neck, breasts, abdomen, and legs. A graduate of Ohio State University School of Medicine, Dr. Casuccio received advanced training in otolaryngology at Yale and in plastic surgery at Ohio State. He completed a fellowship in craniofacial and oculoplastic surgery at Clinique Belvedere in France. He is board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery and otolaryngology.
