Client Services
Our Client Services Department is available to provide test information, retrieve test results, and handle all other inquiries. Specially trained client service representatives provide timely follow-up for all inquiries and will refer calls to other UML or WVUH professionals as necessary.

Courier Service
UML provides regularly scheduled courier service seven days a week. In addition to timely specimen pick-up service, our couriers deliver test results and supplies. Special requests for pick-ups and supplies may be made through the UML Client Services Department.
