Sarah Sadler, a graduate student from Zeeland, Michigan, serves as a graduate assistant providing mental health support to students enrolled in Health Sciences academic programs. As part of the team, Sadler assists students with navigating personal challenges and developing more adaptive ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
Sadler is pursuing a doctorate degree in sport, exercise and performance psychology and a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. She has obtained bachelor’s degrees in kinesiology and psychology and a master's degree in kinesiology, all from Michigan State University.
She contributes to numerous research projects and is a student representative for the Journal of Sport Psychology in Action. She has been a mental performance consultant for over three years and owns a mental performance consulting business, MindFlip Consulting.
