Trainee Travel Awards
One goal of the Center for Foundational Neuroscience Research and Education (CFNRE) travel award program is to help offset costs incurred by Fellows, Residents, postdocs and/or graduate students in a Department or Center within the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute or related departments in the Schools of Arts and Sciences or Engineering, in order that s/he would be able to present their basic, clinical, and/or translational research at a scientific conference.
Awards of up to $1500 will support travel costs and/or conference registration fees of a Fellow, Resident, or Post-doc.
Awards of up to $1000 will support travel costs and/or conference registration fees of a graduate student.
Requirements
Applicants must have been accepted to present a poster or talk at the conference listed below
Applicants must submit application at least four (4) weeks prior to conference travel
Awards are limited to one trainee per affiliated faculty member per year
Awarded investigators are expected to:
Present research at the conference.
