Care as Education

Every day, hundreds of health professional students or residents actively learn and give care within the health system. Each year, more than 70 medical students and just under 200 residents choose to participate in this joint program in specialties such as behavioral medicine and psychiatry, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics and obstetrics and gynecology, and surgery.

The WVU Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy also host programs at the WVU Charleston Campus.
