Our goal is to increase the quantity of addiction education and training throughout the state of West Virginia, and to provide quality access to its residents.

  • 249 intakes
    249 intakes of incarcerated individuals at the 4 Northern Regional Jails helping with treatment placement and linking to Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) services.
  • 474 patients
    474 patients for the 2025 grant year have been seen by The Hub and Spoke Comprehensive Opioid Addiction Treatment (COAT) expansion sites, increasing access to care.
  • 430 patients
    430 patients who are uninsured/underinsured have been helped receive access to treatment and medication.

IMPACT is a systematic process in the emergency department where patients are met with support from Peer Recovery Support Specialists.

Center for Hope and Healing

Center for Hope and Healing offers treatment for 12 beds for sub-acute medically managed withdrawal care & 30 residential beds up to 28 days.

Healthy Minds Mobile Unit

The Healthy Minds Mobile Unit provides crucial substance use disorder treatment to patients by significantly reducing transportation barriers to treatment.
