Scheduling Information

The “Request a Photoshoot Form” must be submitted at least 36 hours before the actual photo shoot is to take place.
Health Sciences Studio Hours are by appointment only (G290 HSS) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Assignments on weekends, evenings, and holidays must be scheduled one week in advance.

Studio portraits - $100 per hour minimum: Portraits have a ten-person maximum per one-hour shoot.
- If additional individual portraits are required above the ten-person maximum, an additional shoot must be scheduled.
- Note: Group shots outside of the studio and above the ten-person maximum must be scheduled separately.
On-location photography - $100 per hour: On-location sessions have a 2.5-hour minimum. This rate includes group shots.
Digital files - $20 each: Studio portraits will be available to the client at the photographer’s discretion, generally within 3-5 days.
- Due to editing and processing time required to produce digital galleries, the photographer will communicate an estimated delivery time with the client at the time of the shoot.
A full event gallery of images - $250: Photos will be provided in .jpg format
Digital high-resolution files - $60 per image: High-resolution photos taken on location will be provided in .jpg format

Unless special arrangements are made, photo assignments requested outside of normal business hours (8:15 a.m.- 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday) will be charged at time-and-a-half. Holiday assignments are charged at double-time. If out-of-town travel is necessary, the requesting organization/unit/program will assume these costs.
