Digital Signage

Digital Signage is an intricate network of digital displays strategically placed across the WVU campus in areas with many pedestrians and are a great way to raise awareness of an event or important happenings. There are approximately 25 stations on the Health Sciences Campus in Morgantown and six stations on the Health Sciences Campus in Charleston.

Eye Institute and Cancer Institute

The Eye Institute and Cancer Institute stations are located on the Erma Byrd Biomedical Research Center second floor. Please fill this out a request to add content no later than two weeks before you want your message or graphic to go live.

 Graphic Requirements

  • Messages last approximately 8-10 seconds on screen, so information must be concise.

  • Must represent a WVU college, facility, student organization or service.

  • All graphics must be professional and follow the WVU brand guidelines.

  • The InfoStations are classified as “multimedia” under Section 504 and the definition of Information and Communication Technology, Policy Scope. All graphics must meet WVU accessibility guidelines. Use the contrast checker to help see if your background and foreground colors have enough contrast. Another option is to look at your final image in grayscale to see if there is enough contrast. You can do this in your design application or use the Accessibility Tools website.
