Meet Your Farmers

Farm to You sources food from six farms in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle. These farms produce a variety of vegetables, fruits and dairy products with a focus on sustainable, chemical-free and humane farming practices.

The 2023 farmer-partners include Town and Country Nursery, Blue Mountain Farm, Young Harvests Farm, Red House Farm, Walnut Hill Farm and Tabler Farm at Shepherd University. If you are local to the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and would like to discuss future partnerships, email farmtoyou@wvumedicine.org.
