Ingredients
- 1/2 head each of red and green cabbage, chopped (or you can use 16 oz bags of coleslaw mix)
- 1 small red onion
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Let stand for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped walnuts.
