Ingredients
- 1 slice whole-wheat bread
- 1 egg, scrambled
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Paprika
Instructions
- Toast bread
- Mash 1/2 avocado and mix with salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice
- Spread mashed avocado on toast
- Place scrambled egg on top of avocado
