Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 12 ounces broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red Pepper Flakes, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place broccoli florets on the baking sheet. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on baking sheet
- Roast 15 to 20 minutes or until browned around edges. Sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
- NOTE: To add a brightness, squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice on top after roasting.
