Simple Summer Salsa

Ingredients
- 3 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup onion, diced
- ½ cup bell pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tsp jalapeño, minced (for less heat, remove seeds/ribs)
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Stir together tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeƱo and spices in a bowl. Optional: Combine in a food processor and pulse to desired texture. Enjoy!
