Spicy Yogurt Dip for Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground red pepper
- 2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 tbsp thinly sliced green onions
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Vegetables for dipping – carrots, celery, peppers, cucumber…
Instructions
- Place the first 3 ingredients in a spice or coffee grinder, and process until finely ground.
- Place spice mixture, turmeric, and pepper in a small skillet over medium heat; cook 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Combine spice mixture, yogurt, and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring to combine.
