Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. plain yogurt
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
- Drain and leave in colander.
- Melt butter in pot and sauté garlic for 1 min over medium.
- Remove peels from potatoes, return everything to the pot and mash.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
