The Flow Cytometry & Single Cell Core Facility at West Virginia University provides advanced tools and expertise for single-cell and particle analysis. Our team helps investigators explore cell function, protein expression, and gene activity using state-of-the-art instruments and data-analysis support.

Equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation (flow‐cytometers, particle analyzers, single-cell genomics platforms), along with dedicated lab space, data-analysis workstations, and training services, we are committed to helping researchers unlock insights at the single-cell and sub-micron particle scale. Located on the 2nd floor of the Health Sciences Center North (Rooms 2160 & 2184), our facility is ready to support your cutting-edge cell biology and genomics projects.
