HSTA Evaluation

Over the last two decades, the Health Sciences & Technology Academy has developed a program evaluation process to assesses student progress, program effectiveness, and student, staff, and community needs annually.

HSTA’s system has evolved from paper and pencil instrumentation and manual analyses into a fully automated data entry platform and optimized computer-based analytical tools. HSTA uses the results to continuously improve its program, respond to changing student needs, and deliver professional development to its staff and governors.

Educational programs that partner with HSTA Hatch can rely on our experience, expertise, and toolsets to establish baseline measurements and conduct longitudinal research on the effectiveness of their interventions.
