Eligibility
Medical students in West Virginia
Practice Sites
Participants must be committed to a career in family medicine in a rural/small town in West Virginia
Amount Available
Qualified MS III's are eligible for a $10,000 stipend and facilitated admission to WVU's Morgantown Family Medicine Residency
Rural Scholars experience an enhanced primary care experience in the 4th year curriculum and early integration into the residency experience
Rural Scholars are eligible for additional residency program funds for advanced training courses
