The WVU Medicine Medical Weight Management program is offering a virtual lecture series via Microsoft Teams every second and fourth Friday of the month (through December), from 12-12:30 p.m.
Conversations on current weight management strategies will be presented by Medical Weight Management staff, including doctors, advanced practice providers, and dietitians. Their goal is to present thought-provoking topics to help you gain a deeper understanding on your journey to establish lifelong healthy habits.

- Oct. 14 – “How to Get Your Kids to Eat but Not Too Much” with Judy Siebart, RD
- Oct. 28 – “Basics of Weight Management” with Treah Haggerty, MD, MS
- Nov. 11 – “Sleep More, Weigh Less” with Laura Davisson, MD
- Nov. 18 – “Holiday Eating” with Judy Siebart, RD
- Dec. 9 – “Setting Sights on the New Year” with Cathy Shaw, RD
- Dec. 16 – “Mindful Eating” with Robin Elkins, NP
