Virtual wellness classes are a great way to exercise from your home or office while social distancing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The Wellness Center is offering the following classes this semester, starting Monday, June 7:
- Virtual Pilates
- Virtual Yoga
- Virtual Meditation
- Virtual Zumba
- Virtual Tai Chi
- Virtual Beginning Tai Chi & QiGong
- Virtual Cardio Fusion with Weights (starts July 7)
All classes are offered via online video conferencing, recordings are available by visiting the Wellness YouTube channel. Email wellnesscenter@hsc.wvu.edu to register or visit the Wellness website for more information.
