The Wellness Center will launch a virtual “Mindful Steps” series on Monday, Jan. 11. This free six-week virtual series is designed to offer a variety of simple, yet practical tools to be mindful in daily living.
Each hour-long session starts at noon; participants are not required to attend all six sessions. Topics include:
- Jan. 11: Intro to Mindfulness
- Jan. 18: Fundamentals of Mindfulness
- Jan. 25: Embodied Mindfulness
- Feb. 1: Mindful Communication and Compassion
- Feb. 8: Mindfulness and Resiliency
- Feb. 15: Sustaining Daily Mindfulness
