Al’s Pals Giving Society at WVU Charleston Campus

In honor of Dr. Al Pfister’s birth month, this past September the West Virginia University Charleston campus created its first Giving Society entitled, Al’s Pals. Former patients, colleagues, students and friends donated to the Alfred K. Pfister, MD Legacy Scholarship fund or to the Alfred K. Pfister Medical Student Award and Student Support fund. Because Dr. Pfister’s legacy and impact lives on at the Charleston campus, we created this giving society in his memory. He is dearly missed.
