HSC Zoom will require Single Sign-on and Multifactor Authentication starting Jan. 5

Attention HSC-Zoom Users,

Effective Jan. 5, 2022, HSC-ITS will be implementing single sign-on and multifactor authentication for all HSC Zoom accounts. All users will use their WVU or WVUM Login credentials when logging in Zoom. This change will not affect users who do not have a Zoom account and only function as a meeting participant.

When launching Zoom, HSC/WVU/MIX users will select Employees/Students link, then login using their WVU Login and Duo. WVU Medicine Employees will select WVU Medicine when logging in from offsite, then login using their WVU Medicine Login and Imprivata.

If prompted to enter the company domain, please enter wvumdtv.

If you are automatically logged into Zoom on January 5, 2022, you will need to sign out and back into your Zoom account for this change to take effect.
