Mindfulness Coach workshop accepting applications

The West Virginia University Office of Health Affairs Mindfulness-Bases Resilience Training program is now accepting applications for a Mindfulness Coach training and workshop. The training consists of six weeks of interactive pre and post workshop training. Trainees will also participate in a 5-day residential workshop to be held at Canaan Valley Resort October 31 to November 4, 2022. This intensive training is designed for frontline health care workers and law enforcement personnel looking to gain the skills necessary to build a sustainable mindfulness training infrastructure within West Virginia. The workshop is being offered as part of a Mindfulness-Based Resilience Training project sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Resources and in conjunction with West Virginia University and Marshall University. It is offered at no cost to participants.

Applications will be accepted between now and August 5, 2022.
