SOLE Spotlight: Classroom Technology Tools

Faculty at the Health Sciences Center have access to Classroom Technology designed to enhance the educational experience for both students and instructors.

· Solstice transforms the student learning experience by enabling group collaboration, enriching lesson content, and facilitating team-enabled learning.

· Ladibug document cameras allow projection of writing materials, notes, annotation, handouts, and graphics to enhance student discussion and comprehension.

· SOLE Live Polling  boosts student engagement through real-time polls via student devices.

· Blackboard Collaborate Ultra and Zoom are great solutions for conducting synchronous sessions for remote/online learning.

· Panopto enables traditional lecture capture both in HSC classrooms and at your local computer. These high-definition recordings can assist in flipping your classroom and provide review opportunities.
