WVU School of Nursing Donor Tailgate event welcomes donors, nursing students

Sponsored by WVU Corporate Relations, a WVU School of Nursing Donor Tailgate event was held Jan. 28 prior to the WVU game versus Auburn.

Rusty and Kimberly Hutson, co-founders of Diversified Energy (the official energy partner of WVU Athletics), have shown much support through their family foundation to the WVU School of Nursing, specifically to the Faith Community Nursing initiative.

Kimberly is a nursing alum of Fairmont State University. Also joining Rusty and Kimberly in attendance was their daughter, Hannah Hutson, who serves as Government and Community Affairs Associate for Diversified Energy.

WVU nursing students in attendance at the tailgate included Nicolas “Nick” D’Amico, Rylee Glover, Olivia Groves, Sydney Kormick, Chloe Monk and Aiden Slusser.

Tara Hulsey, Dean and E. Jane Martin Endowed Professor, and Brad Phillips, Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs, also attended the tailgate.
