Food System Innovation Through Education, Research, and Outreach

Nourish West Virginia (NWV), an initiative based at the West Virginia University Institute for Community and Rural Health, is a leader in food system innovation through education, research, and outreach. NWV's collaborative work seeks to align health, agriculture, and leadership from institutions and communities to increase public health and economic security across West Virginia and Central Appalachia.

This statewide collaborative effort is central to NWV's outreach efforts. Based at the West Virginia University Institute for Community and Rural Health, Good Ground brings together transdisciplinary scholars with other national, regional and community collaborators to improve health and reduce health disparities.
