Neuroscience Graduate Student Organization
The Neuroscience Graduate Student Organization aims to provide a forum for discussion of matters directly affecting the Neuroscience graduate student body; to convey Neuroscience graduate student interests and/or concerns to Neuroscience faculty and administration; to organize, promote, and conduct activities beneficial to Neuroscience graduate students at the HSC; and to organize, promote, and conduct community outreach in the greater Morgantown area.
Phi Lambda Sigma
The mission of our organization is to support pharmacy leadership commitment by recognizing leaders and fostering leadership development. The purpose of the Alpha Eta Chapter of Phi Lambda Sigma shall be the encouragement, continuing development, recognition, and promotion of leadership within the profession of pharmacy and among students of pharmacy.
Student Association of Public Health (SAPH)
SAPH will represent student interests, facilitate exploration and education in their field of study, introduce students to job opportunities in the community, and maintain contact with program alumni. SAPH will also serve the community through various health-promotion programs and activities with emphasis on relationship building, best practices and sustainability.
Student Society of Health – System Pharmacy
ASHP represents pharmacists who serve as patient care providers in acute and ambulatory settings. The organization’s nearly 55,000 members include pharmacists, student pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians.
WVU Emergency Medicine Interest Group
The WVU Emergency Medicine Interest Group (EMIG) is a school-approved organization comprised of medical students who are interested in exploring emergency medicine as a future specialty.
WVU Science Policy Organization
The WVU Science Policy Organization (WVU SPO) is a student centered organization dedicated to educating young STEM professionals about public policy and providing them with the tools necessary to be lifelong advocates for the STEM fields. As a student run organization we sponsor policy workshops, advocacy trips to DC and Charleston, and host educational events such as invited speakers and our annual Science Policy Symposium.
