The Bioinformatics Core empowers biomedical research by providing timely and high-quality bioinformatics services, delivering bioinformatics knowledge and skills to next generation, and promoting collaborations among faculty across the university and the state. The Bioinformatics Core commits to help faculty and trainees through experimental design, data processing pipelines, customized data analysis, data presentation and interpretation, and integration with public datasets. In addition, the Core provides support for grant applications and offers training workshops. Services from the Core now include NGS data analysis and public database exploration.
