Operations

Use of the microscope facility is by appointment only. All appointments are made with the iLabs reservation software. If you would like to get started on one of our microscopes, a training session must be scheduled with an Imaging Specialist in the Facility. No one except a staff member of the facility is permitted to train new users on the microscopes. New users should sign up for an iLab account and then contact us to arrange training.

The MIF is a BSL-2 facility. If you plan on working with live cells please provide the MIF with a copy of your approved Biosafety protocol.
