HSC Pre-Award Support Process

Step 1: Is departmental/school pre-award support available?

• If Yes, the college or department pre-award support will prepare and submit the proposal to the HSC Research office via KC Blue Sheet. View the individual school and department contacts.
• If No, continue to Step 2: Are you affiliated with a Center/Institute at the HSC?

Step 2: Are you affiliated with a Center/Institute at the HSC?

• If Yes, the center or institute pre-award support contacts will prepare and submit the proposal. View the individual center and institute pre-award support contacts.
• If No, complete the request for pre-award services form. Then, submit the request form to the Office of Research & Graduate Education team members.
