HSC Pre- and Post-Award support are a centralized services offered through the Office of Research and Graduate Education. Our team provides pre-award services HSC-wide when a department or school does not have their own pre-award support staff available to assist. Our team provides post-award services to lab-based departments in the School of Medicine, and to the Schools of Pharmacy and Public Health when a department does not have their own post-award support in place. Our office does not provide services for Clinical Trials. Individuals needing assistance for projects with a heavy clinical research emphasis, including Clinical Trial work, should contact the WV CTSI Office to discuss possible options that may be available for pre- or post-award support through their office.
