Expanding Immunotherapy in Pancreatic Cancer by Targeting Myeloperoxidase

There is a critical need to improve therapeutic options in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. This proposal would have significant impact on pancreatic cancer patient care by expanding access to immunotherapies and maximizing its benefits through the use of tumor-associated neutrophil modulation strategies.
