Refresh & Recharge Mini Retreat

Note: All events have concluded. If you have any questions, get in contact.

With the help of its Dean's Ambassadors, the School of Public Health is hosting an event to remind its students that mental health matters.

To highlight NPHW’s daily theme of Mental Health, the School of Public Health Dean's Ambassadors are hosting a Refresh & Recharge Mini Retreat. Anytime after 10 a.m., stop by the SPH computer lab (3830, HSC-South), where healthy snacks and flavored waters will be available.

Therapy dogs will be available from approximately 10 a.m. to noon. There may be some surprise giveaways throughout the day, so be sure to drop by!

From 2-3 p.m., stop by G119A HSC-North for some easy flow yoga with Korey from &Yoga.

This event is free and open to all current School of Public Health Students.
