Across Health Sciences, we continue to offer and enhance educational opportunities in ethics and cultural competency practice [link out to resources and trainings] By participating in these learning experiences, students and faculty can grow professionally and be better prepared to treat patients with compassionate, patient-centered care.
We also prioritize research into health challenges affecting West Virginia communities, including those in rural and underserved areas. By identifying factors that impact health outcomes and access to care, we aim to develop solutions that improve well-being for all of our patients and neighbors.
