Dual Diagnosis Unit

The Adult Dual Diagnosis Unit houses 11 beds and is available to both male and female patients. Adults with an acute psychiatric need who are experiencing problems because of alcohol or drugs may enter a structured, smoke-free inpatient program with strong family participation. A safe detoxification, individualized treatment and family therapy are provided along with the 12-step self-help support group of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotic Anonymous. The Dual Diagnosis unit also offers treatment to women who are pregnant.
