WVU Faculty & Staff Assistance Program has relocated to One Waterfront Place, Suite 2416. Our office is located on the second floor at One Waterfront Place, Suite 2416, on Don Knotts Boulevard.
When you enter the parking garage, you will receive a ticket stub. We will provide a validation upon arrival. Please park on the top floor of the parking garage and enter through the back door. Take a right and follow the FSAP signs to the end of the hallway.
