The mission of the Health Sciences Faculty Development Program is to foster the growth of faculty to their maximum potential in the areas of teaching, research and service while achieving the vision and mission of the institution. A special effort will also be made to help faculty develop skills to thrive and succeed in a constantly changing environment.
Teaching Scholars Program
The Longitudinal Teaching Scholars Program (LTSP) is a faculty development initiative that equips Health Sciences educators with evidence-based teaching strategies, educational leadership skills, and collaborative scholarship opportunities. Redesigned for busy faculty, the program fosters a community of innovative educators dedicated to enhancing health professions education.
