Summer Camp 2024

Dear HSTA Students and Parents/Guardians,

Mark your calendars! We're thrilled to announce that applications for the 30th year of HSTA Summer Camps open on March 1st, 2024, and close on March 31st, 2024.

This year promises to be an unforgettable summer filled with exploration, learning, and fun. To be a part of the excitement, be sure to submit your application. The application link will be emailed directly to your student's email address on file.

Remember, the application requires completion by both student and parent/guardian. This includes important information like medical details, emergency contacts, summer camp rules, and additional paperwork specific to certain camps.

While submitting an application is the first step, it doesn't guarantee your slot in camp. We will follow up about your application status early April. Priority is given to students with zero or one summer camp credit.

Here's a quick heads-up on which camp aligns with your student's grade level:

New Students will apply for Freshmen Camp, running from July 7th - 12th 

• @ Marshall University & WVU Potomac State College/

Current Freshmen will apply for Sophomore Camp, running from July 21st-26th

• @ Glenville & WVU Tech Beckley

Current Sophomores and Juniors will apply for Junior/Senior Camp, running from July 14th to 19th

• @WVU

And don't forget! To successfully complete the HSTA program, all students need to earn two summer camp credits.ith HSTA! We can't wait to see you there.
