Reminder: HSC users must log in to it.wvu.edu/help with your primary WVU email address

Health Sciences Center employees must log into the IT Help Center at it.wvu.edu/help with their primary WVU email address when searching for technology support information. The former HSC ITS website has been decommissioned, and any content that remains current and relevant for faculty, staff and students is now in the Help Center. If you have trouble locating something, please call the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.

Logging in also generates analytics and helps ITS collect feedback to continuously improve the self-service resources. WVU Medicine employees who are unable to log in and need help finding information also should call the Service Desk.

This change is part of standardizing the way ITS operates, creating a consistent customer experience regardless of where you work. It also ensures that HSC and WVU Medicine employees get the most accurate and current technical support information.

The Help Center landing page also has been updated, with the new ability search topics such as Health Sciences Resources in addition to the search bar. The initial topics reflect both the most-requested subjects and under-used services that ITS believes would benefit faculty, staff and students.

The number of articles that can be linked to a topic is limited, so subjects with multiple articles such as eCampus will point to a landing page with a new search bar unique to that category. The number of landing pages will be expanded over time as ITS resources permit.

Information portals that don’t require WVU Login credentials such as Parent/Guest and Retiree will appear at the bottom of the Help Center landing page.
