University Governance Statement
The WVU Board of Governors is the governing body of WVU. The Higher Education Policy Commission in West Virginia is responsible for developing, establishing, and overseeing the implementation of a public policy agenda for the state’s four-year colleges and universities.

WVU Health Sciences Code of Conduct
The Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center of West Virginia University employs innovative faculty and staff who earn regional, national, and international recognition for their contributions to education, research, patient care, and the advancement of their diverse clinical and scientific specialties.
